Theese bird \u2013 people flocks is oriented from the ground up and causes a feeling of class hierarchy, which exists in various social groups and especially working groups. Toto ptakolidsk\u00e9 hejno je orientovan\u00e9 odspoda nahoru a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 tak pocit t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed hierarchie, jak\u00e1 panuje v r\u016fzn\u00fdch spole\u010dnsk\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch a zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch pracovn\u00edch.
